I am still waiting for payment from this site. The site is currently down with this official message from support:

As you may have noticed, our website is currently down, the reason is because our hosting account has been frozen due to complaints of spam mail supposedly originating from our email address. WE DID NOT SEND ANY SPAM! In fact, we have a strict anti-spam policy.
